Because digital goods cannot be &#8220;returned,&#8221; this policy explains exactly when refunds, exchanges, and replacements apply. It forms part of our <a href=\"\/store\/terms-conditions\/\">Terms of Service<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Core Rule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Not downloaded yet?<\/strong> You may request a refund or exchange within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of purchase, as long as the files have not been downloaded or accessed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Downloaded?<\/strong> The sale is final. Once files have been downloaded or accessed, no refunds or exchanges can be issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom commissions \/ on-demand training<\/strong> become non-refundable once training work has started.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please review the product page \u2014 especially the base-model compatibility \u2014 carefully before purchasing and before downloading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We Always Fix Real Problems<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;All sales final after download&#8221; never applies to genuine defects. Contact us and we will make it right:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Corrupted or defective file<\/strong> \u2192 we repair or replace it at no cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Download interrupted or &#8220;Forbidden&#8221; errors<\/strong> \u2192 we refresh your download limit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wrong version purchased, not yet downloaded<\/strong> \u2192 we exchange it for the correct version.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accidental duplicate purchase<\/strong> \u2192 send us both order numbers and we will resolve it (replacement product or store credit).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Files missing from a completed order<\/strong> \u2192 we complete the delivery or refund the affected item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Request a Refund or Exchange<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open a support ticket from your <a href=\"\/store\/my-account\/\">account dashboard<\/a>, or email <a href=\"mailto:Contact.us@lunamodels.art\">Contact.us@lunamodels.art<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include your <strong>order number<\/strong> and the email on the account. For payment issues, include your <strong>transaction ID (TXID)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We review requests within 1\u20132 business days and notify you of approval or rejection by email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Approved Refunds Are Paid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds are issued in <strong>cryptocurrency to the original sending wallet<\/strong>, minus blockchain network fees, or as <strong>store credit<\/strong> \u2014 at our discretion, based on how the order was paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crypto refunds are sent at the USD value of the original order, converted at the rate applicable when the refund is processed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Network (&#8220;gas&#8221;) fees from the original payment are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Note on Disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact us before opening any dispute with an exchange or payment provider \u2014 legitimate issues are resolved quickly and privately.
